Summary:

 

The Lead Generation Specialists is responsible for identifying, developing and generating new business opportunities to drive achievement of the assigned market(s). This role is responsible for collecting and maintaining market information and competitive analyses relative to the business, as well as monitoring business opportunities for other business relationships and expansion opportunities with existing customers. 

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Dependable, result-driven and empathetic, and someone who enjoys working independently
  • 'Problem-solving' and 'value selling 'sales approach.
  • Conduct B2B cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Continuously refine and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address any questions or concerns.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using various avenues and our CRM system.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to plan client visits and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Follow stated policies and procedures.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
  • Maintain a positive approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Knowledge of the brands we represent
  • Prospecting and build a strong funnel with outbound calls and attending inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and build rapport with the prospects
  • Win new/drifted accounts  

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years in general sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS degree from accredited college or equal experience preferred.
  • Lead calling generation experience preferred.
  • CRM experience preferred.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
