The Aftermarket Coordinator is focused on supporting customers after their initial purchase, ensuring smooth operations. You will be acting as a liaison between the company and its customers.


Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

• Customer Support:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with aftermarket products and services.


• Order Management:
Processing and tracking aftermarket orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.


• Parts Management:
Managing aftermarket parts inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring parts availability.


• Coordination:
Acting as a liaison between different departments (e.g., sales, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.


• Data Management:
Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, parts inventory, and other relevant data.


• Reporting:
Generating reports on order status, delivery timelines, and other relevant metrics.


• Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in aftermarket processes and implementing solutions.

 

Required Qualifications: 


• High School diploma or GED.


• 3-5 years of customer service experience in the industrial manufacturing.


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office.


• Proficiency with ERP Systems, preferably D365.

 

Required Skills:


• Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal with customers and colleagues.


• Strong Organizational Skills: manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.


• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.


• Problem-Solving Skills: Address customer issues and resolve problems effectively.


• Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.


• Knowledge of Aftermarket Products and Services.


• Proficiency in relevant software and systems: ERP systems.

 

ADA Requirements:


This position in this function typically requires typing, sitting, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.


• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.


• Compliance with company attendance standards.
