The Operations Administrator works as a team player in performing a variety of functions including production data management, completion of administrative tasks and general production operations clerical duties such as entering raw product inventory production records into various computer-generated spreadsheets/reports. Data gathering, as well as various other tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
• Part recognition - ensure that all parts are correctly recognized and documented.
• Cross train on shared services tasks.
• Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• Typing, sitting, standing, walking.
• Office environment; constant mental and/or visual attention; the flow of work requires focused, detailed attention while working at a computer monitor.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions.
• Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
