We are looking for a results-oriented IT ERP specialist to successfully integrate and enhance our ERP software (D365 F&O). You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and supporting full life cycle ERP migrations as we consolidate ERP systems globally. This role will lead implementation and enhancements activities working closely with business stakeholders, CECO IT team members and our Microsoft partners.

To ensure success as an ERP specialist, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of D365 F&O, business acumen, problem solving and the ability to resolve integration issues. An outstanding ERP specialist will be someone who can demonstrate that they can get things done in an ever-changing environment and deliver real results for CECO through combining their business and technical acumen.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:


• Leading the functional design, implementation, and maintenance for D365 implementations (with the support of the CECO team).


• Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.


• Analyzing existing systems and performing IT system enhancements.


• Develop training materials and provide user training on ERP system changes.


• Leading Change management activities and driving user adoption.


• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP features and upgrades.


• Partnering with teams on all levels of support for ERP users experiencing technical issues.


• Documenting the different solutions implemented (business rules, flow rules, schematics, user documentation, processes, configurations, etc.).


• Shaping business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions. Translates conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.


• Leading end to end Data migration activities.


• Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.


• Writing customized standard operating procedures, as well as configuring ERP applications as required.


• Providing support and training ERP end-users.


• Serve as subject matter expert on ERP systems and processes.


• Supporting the creation of accurate schedules, budgets and project communications.


Required Qualifications:


• At least 4 years’ experience working with D365 in an implementation role.


• A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.


• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, and business processes.


• Extensive experience working in specific areas such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Material and Resource Scheduling/ Planning, Production Routing, Bill of Material Costing, and Shop Floor.


• Prior experience in designing and implementing business solutions.


• Experience with ERP implementations and Migrations to D365, ISVs and integrations.


• Ability to understand complex business problems and experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.


• Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations, and policies of new businesses.


• Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.


• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.


• Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation, use case, story, and acceptance criteria.


• Strong experience in using excel to analyze and transform data, including the use of basic functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s.


• Strong visual and in person communication skills.


• Experience in creating and maintaining an end-to-end plan for projects or project workstreams.

 

Licensing or Certifications:


One or more of the following certifications is required:


• Dynamics 365 Finance.


• Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.


• D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform certifications a plus.

 

Travel Requirements:


• Occasional travel may be required, as necessary; must have the ability to travel across borders.


• Valid Driver's License.

 

ADA Requirements:

 

Office Positions, Work Environment: This position is based at the headquarters located in Dallas, TX. Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms, are necessary. Flexibility to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks is essential.

 

Physical Demands: Positions in this function typically require standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.


• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.


• Compliance with company attendance standards.

 

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
