The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and fostering a best-in-class candidate experience. This role partners closely with HRBPs, hiring managers and platform leaders to design and implement strategic hiring plans, develop robust talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices. The recruiter will also oversee background checks and pre-boarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all phases of recruitment, from requisition approval to pre-boarding, while maintaining key recruitment metrics. 
  • Consistently meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success, such as time to fill, candidate quality and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks for selected candidates and coordinate pre-boarding activities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. 
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates using creative strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and internet research. Build and maintain talent pools for seasonal hiring and feeder positions. 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Provide timely, professional feedback to all candidates and address challenges with a calm and solution-oriented approach. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring profiles and standardized interview processes, ensuring the selection of high-quality talent. 
  • Prepare and negotiate offers within company guidelines, securing necessary approvals and ensuring timely communication with candidates. 
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment metrics reports for senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization, regularly assessing hiring needs, recruitment progress, and obstacles to align on strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies. Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate's experience and overall recruiting effectiveness. 
  • Other Duties: Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as assigned. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain.
  • Proven expertise in social recruiting (LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean searches, and sourcing passive candidates. 
  • Experience managing background check processes and pre-boarding coordination.
  • Experience partnering with HR, compensation, finance, and legal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across all levels, including senior executives.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ATS platforms (e.g., ADP iCIMS preferred). 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience recruiting for heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering roles.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $105,000.00/Yr.
