The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages resources effectively, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Develop detailed project plans for process improvements, equipment installations, and production line upgrades.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between plant leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular updates on project milestones and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to minimize production disruptions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and compliance records.
• Prepare post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and future improvements.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Licensing or Certifications:
• PMP or CAPM certification, preferred.
Travel Requirements:
• Expected to travel 15-20% of the time for site visits to suppliers and customer operations facilities.
• Valid Driver’s License.
ADA Requirements:
Work Environment: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some work with physical computer and/or networking systems may be required to fulfill operational requirements.
• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• Prolonged periods standing up and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Warehouse environment, climate control, and able to move around.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
