Job Summary
The Vice President & General Manager – Particulates serves as the global business leader for CECO’s Particulate Platform, accountable for overall strategy, commercial expansion, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role directs a cross‑functional organization, including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and service, to deliver sustained growth and strong execution in an engineered‑to‑order environment. This position is responsible for managing the full Profit & Loss (P&L) of the business.
The VP/GM accelerates revenue and margin performance through disciplined pricing, world‑class project delivery, and continuous improvement across all operations. This leader sets the long‑term strategic direction for the platform, driving international market expansion, product and technology innovation, and seamless integration of acquired businesses.
As a key interface with customers and CECO’s senior leadership, the VP/GM ensures the delivery of high‑quality, compliant environmental solutions while cultivating a high‑performing global team and fostering a culture grounded in accountability, operational rigor, and results.
